Instructions for the call for papers

Communication guidelines and formats:

Anonymised abstracts (300 words maximum, excluding bibliography) must be sent by 27 April 2025 to comite.languesminorisees@gmail.com in at least two conference languages: French, Portuguese, Spanish and English. An abstract in a minorised language may be added. Paper proposals should be submitted in .doc/ .docx format (Times New Roman, 12p.p). 

The subject of the email should be entitled “Communication proposal”. 

In the structure of the email, you should fill in the following information: 

• First name (in lower case), Last name (in upper case)
• Institution 
• Status (teacher/researcher, doctoral student, non-academic actor, etc.)
• Title of paper
• Keywords (5 words maximum)
• Specify the area(s) in which your papers registers
• Specify the languages in which you can write a scientific paper (slide presentation)
• Specify the languages in which you can understand scientific communication
• Specify whether you plan to attend the conference in person or remotely (both are accepted, but in the event of a large number of responses, in-person presentations will be preferred).
